Ballot Access HQ

How independents get on the ballot — and how you can help.

Independent — and accountable to people

Running as an independent means earning our place on the ballot — not being handed it by party machines or corporate PACs. Ballot access is how this campaign begins. It’s where accountability starts.

How it Works

To appear on the November 2026 ballot, independent candidates must collect voter signatures during a short, legally defined window.

Petitioning opens on April 14th and last day to file is May 26th, 2026

Only signatures collected during that official period count. That’s why we’re organizing now.

Why this matters

Ballot access isn’t a technical step. It’s a statement about who this campaign answers to.

People - not parties

This campaign isn’t about preserving a broken system. It’s about rebuilding one that works — for workers, families, and the future.

You can sign if you:

Ballot access isn’t a technical hurdle.

It’s a statement about who this campaign answers to. Not party leaders. Not corporate PACs. People.

This is how we build an independent campaign – together.
